TRACE AMOUNT
Trace Amount is a Brooklyn-based solo experimental industrial project led by musician, visual artist, and producer Brandon Gallagher. Known for a harsh, confrontational sound, the project blends elements of industrial, metal, noise, and EBM. Gallagher, formerly of the hardcore bands Old Wounds and Coarse, launched Trace Amount in 2019 to create music he could perform solo without needing a full band. The project is influenced by artists like Death Grips, Pharmakon, and Nine Inch Nails. Its aesthetic is often described as "apocalyptic dread" featuring primal rhythms and distorted vocals. : As a graphic designer and animator, Gallagher treats the visual aspect—including gritty album art and static-heavy videos—as a core part of the project's "art direction".
LANA DEL RABIES
Lana Del Rabies is the solo dark electronic and industrial project of Sam An, a multi-disciplinary artist based in Los Angeles. Her music is characterized by its intense, visceral fusion of gothic noise, industrial beats, and experimental metal, often exploring themes of human brutality, grief, and apocalyptic existentialism.
INSULA ISCARIOT
Insula Iscariot is a Madison, Wisconsin-based industrial solo artist and visual designer. Their music is a fusion of noise, distorted sound design, and club-adjacent rhythms, often exploring themes of vulnerability, transformation, and psychological pain. The project, which officially launched in its current form in 2023, is noted for its intense and cinematic live performances. The artist's pseudonym combines the "insula"—a region of the brain involved in consciousness—with "Iscariot," a biblical reference originally inspired by the Smashing Pumpkins' Pisces Iscariot.
GOD TONGUE
God Tongue is a Seattle-based electronic duo consisting of Isku Katerwol and vocalist Camille. They describe their sound as "Acid Body Wave," a fusion of Electronic Body Music (EBM), acid-driven basslines, and minimal-wave textures. The band's music is characterized by its gritty, hardware-driven production. They utilize a variety of hardware synthesizers to create their tracks.
