Shining Wire
Dark rock for strange times. Seattle-area duo/trio Shining Wire formed in summer of 2021. Their core sound is dark heavy hearted rock, with a range of sub-genre influences including metal, doom, goth, rock, and punk.
Band members are longtime musicians from the Seattle and Midwest underground scenes:
Machell Collier—drums and lead vocals (Free Verse, C’est La Mort);
Patrick Freed—guitar, bass, and vocals (Wormwood, Black Label, S.I.K);
Lara Haynes Freed (2021-2023) — keyboards and vocals (Wormwood)
