NILE
Nile is an American technical death metal band formed in 1993 in Greenville, South Carolina. They are widely renowned in the extreme metal community for their signature musical style, which heavily blends brutal, highly complex death metal with traditional Middle Eastern instrumentation and themes. The band's concept is primarily driven by Egyptology, ancient near-eastern history, mythology, and the cosmic horror works of H.P. Lovecraft. Multi-instrumentalist Karl Sanders has remained the sole constant founding member and primary creative driving force behind the band's distinctive sound.

Coroner is an acclaimed Swiss technical thrash metal band from Zürich. Formed in 1983, they are widely celebrated for their highly complex, progressive songwriting and exceptional technical musicianship, earning them the nickname "the Rush of thrash metal". Alongside bands like Voivod and Watchtower, they are considered core pioneers of the technical thrash metal genre.
