Filth is an American downtempo deathcore band from Shelby, North Carolina. Formed in 2015 by guitarist David Gantt and vocalist Dustin Mitchell, the band is widely recognized for fusing punishingly heavy deathcore elements with a distinct hip-hop influence, low-tuned urban grooves, and percussive vocal patterns. Known affectionately by their fans as the "Gutter Gang", they deliver an aggressive, unfiltered style often classified as "nu-downtempo" or beatdown deathcore.
