Combichrist is a prominent American industrial metal and aggrotech project formed in 2003 by Norwegian vocalist Andy LaPlegua. Originally established in Atlanta, Georgia, the project operates primarily as a solo endeavor by LaPlegua in the studio, while utilizing a rotating lineup of musicians for live performances. Over more than two decades, Combichrist has evolved from a beat-driven electronic power noise project into a heavy, guitar-driven industrial metal force.

Ludovico Technique is an American gothic alternative metal band formed in New York City. The project is the brainchild of singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Ben V., who serves as the sole official member and creative force. When performing live, Ben V. typically recruits a touring lineup of anonymous, masked musicians. The band derives its name from the fictional aversion therapy brainwashing technique depicted in Anthony Burgess's novel and Stanley Kubrick's film adaptation of A Clockwork Orange. The band seamlessly blends electronic music, industrial metal, alternative metal, and darkwave gothic rock.
